one of the best ways to get money is thieving, it's almost always thieving stalls but not anymore thieving is now changed to pickpocketing. first click the tab advanced skilling, then click thieving. now that you are in the thieving area you gotta start at the man level 2, wich will give you 40k per pick, next thief the all kharid warrior gives you 60k per pick, next do gaurd level 21 gives you 80k per pick, next to knight of ardougne level 46 this one will give you 100k per pick, after this one do paladin level 62 120k per pick, and last but not least the hero level 69 he will give you 150k per pick. tip: if you are a donator you will get more money ! thanks, jaimy.
